		<description>Well, perhaps HP supply different 19&quot; rails in different countries, the ones we get in the UK simply click into place on each side of the servers, and then the slider pieces clip into the front and rear posts of the rack, completley tool-less, much better than the &quot;old fashioned&quot; screw-in ones we used to get :-) 

I do have to admit that I have seem the same issue where the hard drive caddies have smashed into the LEDs so that the light pipes don&#039;t work properly :-(</description>
